Job Summary
Core Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of:
o Intel/AMD server platforms (Xeon, etc.)

- Expertise in:
o BIOS/UEFI, BMC, platform initialization
o Linux kernel internals and driver stack
Debug & Validation Skills
AI-Driven Validation & Analytics
- Leverage AI/ML models for:
o Failure pattern detection
o Log analytics and anomaly detection
o Predictive defect identification
- Build/use AI-assisted triage systems to accelerate debug cycles
- Hands-on with:
o Post-silicon validation, bring-up, and debug
o Log analysis (BIOS, OS, firmware)
- Experience in:
o RAS features (MCE, AER, ECC)
o Virtualization validation
Key Responsibilities
- Create And Review Test Cases Based On Functional Specifications And Software Requirement Specification Documents To Ensure Comprehensive Coverage Of Testing Scenarios In Silicon Platform Validation.
- Execute Functionality Tests According To The Test Plan And Respective Test Cases, Utilizing Automation Scripts Developed In Python To Enhance Testing Efficiency.
- Actively Contribute To The Development Of Test Plans, Applying Strong Understanding Of Silicon Platform Requirements And Validation Processes To Ensure Alignment With Project Objectives.
- Coordinate Discussions With Team Members To Facilitate Knowledge Sharing And Ensure Smooth Progress Of Testing Activities While Interacting With Clients For Project Updates And Feedback.
- Schedule Tasks Effectively And Report On Testing Progress, Utilizing Project Management Tools To Maintain Visibility And Track Deliverables.

- Python-based validation + ML-assisted test optimization
- Proficiency in:
