Tower Lead (Support & Operations)

Responsible for implementing, configuring and managing all network components including Azure vWAN, Fortinet Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Load Balancers, VPN, ISE, and Wi-Fi technologies (mostly Cisco and Meraki devices) - Ensure continuous operation of the Global network solutions (SD-WAN, MPLS, Data Center Switching , IPSec Tunnels, BGP, LAN, Wi-Fi, vTM) - Work as part of the infrastructure team on capacity & initiative planning, performance tuning for existing networks, & network migrations. - Monitor infrastructure components and take corrective action when defects or problematic trends are discovered. - Author, update and deliver detailed documentation of system level procedures, configurations and standards. Document network build into Microsoft Visio.

Strong analytical skills in network administration, troubleshooting, performance testing, & design. - Strong knowledge of Network Security (ACL’s, IPSec Tunnels), Firewalls (Fortigate Appliances), and VPN technologies. - Strong and broad technical knowledge and experience with converged infrastructure, switching / routing in a large and complex network, DHCP, DNS, IP (Schema, subnetting, summarization) IP management tools, network management applications, advanced BGP WAN routing, Wireless topologies, MPLS and other WAN technologies.
