Job Summary
Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced
Red Hat OpenShift Engineer
to design, deploy, and manage enterprise-grade
OpenShift
platforms across on-premises and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in
OpenShift, Kubernetes, Linux, automation, and CI/CD
.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage
Red Hat OpenShift
clusters.
- Automate cluster provisioning, upgrades, and lifecycle management using
Ansible, Terraform, Helm, and GitOps (Argo CD)
.
- Configure networking, storage, security, and multi-tenant OpenShift environments.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using
Tekton, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Argo CD
.
- Implement monitoring, logging, disaster recovery, and platform security.
- Collaborate with development teams, optimize workloads, and mentor junior engineers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of container platform experience, including 3+ years with
Red Hat OpenShift
.
- Strong knowledge of
Kubernetes, OpenShift, Linux, and container networking
.
- Experience with
Ansible, Terraform, or Helm
.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Bash, Python, or Go scripting.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Red Hat OpenShift certification.
- Experience with
AWS, Azure, or GCP
.
- Knowledge of
Service Mesh (Istio/Linkerd)
, GitOps, and regulated environments (HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOC 2).
