Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree

• Minimum 8+ years of experience

• Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, manufacturing, technical operations, digital transformation, program delivery, or related areas.
• Demonstrated experience leading

in manufacturing, technical operations, tech transfer, process development, MS&T, quality, data, or other regulated environments.

• Strong

capabilities with the ability to lead teams and workstreams without direct line authority.

• Assigned digital initiatives are delivered with clear ownership, governance, cadence, risk management, and readiness for scale.
• Biologics requirements are consistently represented across Development, Commercial, Alexion, site, data, architecture, and enterprise program forums.
• Spend, resource demand, vendor and purchase order status, milestones, risks, and dependencies are proactively tracked and reported.
• Sponsor capacity is increased by shifting day-to-day delivery leadership for assigned initiatives to this role while strategic and enterprise accountability remains with the Senior Director.
• Programs advance beyond status-quo digitization toward simplified, data-enabled, and AI-ready future-state tech transfer processes.

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $ 172,466.40 - $258,699.60 USD Annual. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
