The company serves clients nationwide from its Pennsylvania base and is committed to building future-ready teams. Role Description This is a remote Human Resources Internship role which is Un- Paid. This role is to gain some knowledge and real- world expereicne in the IT stream. The intern will support day-to-day HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. Responsibilities include helping with onboarding documentation, updating HR databases, organizing employee files, and supporting the administration of HR policies and employee benefits. The intern will assist with drafting HR communications, compiling HR reports, and contributing to employee engagement and training initiatives. This internship offers exposure to HR practices in a technology-focused environment and the opportunity to collaborate closely with HR and staffing teams. Qualifications Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in building a career in HR. Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including confidentiality and compliance awareness. Basic experience or coursework related to Personnel Management and employee lifecycle support. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks. Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace, videoconferencing platforms). Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Interest in the IT industry, staffing, or consulting environments is a plus.
