Position Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to develop and grow business across Florida's West Coast.

The successful candidate will be responsible for both new business development and existing account management, with a strong focus on building relationships, identifying new opportunities, growing sales, and expanding the company's presence throughout the territory.

This is a highly field-oriented role, with approximately 4–5 days per week spent visiting customers and prospects. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who enjoys developing territories, building long-term customer relationships, and taking ownership of sales results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for the assigned territory.
  • Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Grow sales across residential and commercial markets.
  • Visit customers, contractors, fabricators, glaziers, architects, and other industry stakeholders regularly.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop the territory independently.
  • Understand customer project requirements and provide appropriate product information.
  • Prepare and coordinate product details and project information for fabricators, glaziers, contractors, and architects.
  • Work closely with estimators and inside sales teams to prepare and review quotations.
  • Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into sales.
  • Monitor customer needs, market trends, and competitive activity.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales pipeline information.
