micro1 (https://www.micro1.ai) is a data lab that helps AI labs and enterprises train foundational models and agents. Vietnamese-speaking psychiatrists contribute clinical judgment so AI models respond more safely and accurately on mental-health topics for Vietnamese speakers.

What you would do

• Review and evaluate AI responses on psychiatric and mental-health scenarios
• Write and refine clinically sound Vietnamese/English content
• Provide structured expert feedback on accuracy, safety, and cultural nuance

Requirements

• Licensed psychiatrist (MD/DO or equivalent)
• Fluent Vietnamese and English
• No prior AI experience required - your clinical expertise is what matters
