HR professional with experience in Talent Acquisition and exposure to HR Operations, with a strong interest in building my career in HR Operations and becoming an HR Generalist.

I have experience supporting recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and stakeholder coordination. I have also gained practical exposure to HR Operations processes such as attendance management, payroll coordination, onboarding, employee records, and employee lifecycle activities, giving me an understanding of how these processes work within an organization.

I am now looking to grow further in HR Operations, gain hands-on experience across core HR processes, and contribute to creating efficient employee and HR processes.
