Hi, I'm Nithin Reddy. I completed my Master's in Computer Science from the University of Central Missouri in 2023 and have over four years of experience in IT support. Recently, I worked as an IT Support Coordinator at Lowe's, where I supported corporate users, retail stores, and distribution centers by troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, hardware, and network-related issues. I also handled user onboarding, device deployments, asset management, and ticket resolution while working closely with infrastructure and networking teams. I'm now looking for an IT Support role where I can use my technical skills and customer-focused approach to help users and continue growing in my career.
