Head of Mid-Market Sales (Player-Coach) | Revenue Growth, Forecasting & Sales Execution in SaaS
About
I’m a Mid-Market Sales Manager and quota-carrying Individual Contributor who thrives in the space where execution, coaching, and revenue discipline intersect.
I’ve spent my career building repeatable sales motions in SaaS, not just by hitting my own number, but by improving how teams qualify, forecast, move deals forward, and actually close. I care deeply about the craft of sales and believe strong outcomes come from clear expectations, rigorous process, and thoughtful coaching.
In my current role at Sortly, I operate as a true player-coach: carrying an individual quota while leading mid-market execution. I’ve influenced over $780K in net-new ARR, averaged 125% of personal quota, shortened sales cycles from 100+ days to 45, and built the forecasting cadence, KPIs, enablement library, and sales playbook that support consistent performance. I’ve also hired and ramped new AEs to full productivity and established CRM hygiene standards that improve visibility and accountability.
Previously, I led distributed sales teams at Loop Returns, where I influenced $15M+ in net-new revenue and coached sellers across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments. Earlier in my career, I cut my teeth as an AE in high-velocity and enterprise environments, which still heavily informs how I coach discovery, deal strategy, and pipeline management today.
I’m execution-focused, calm under pressure, and opinionated about what actually moves deals forward. I value clarity over noise, discipline over theatrics, and helping sellers win in a way that scales.
If you’re interested in talking about mid-market SaaS sales, player-coach leadership, forecasting rigor, or building sales systems that work in the real world, I’m always open to a thoughtful conversation.
