Matthew Louw

With a Bachelor of Arts in Sport Science from Stellenbosch University, I have developed a strong background in sports management, coaching, athlete development, and recruitment. My experience as Head of Sport and Sports Science Educator, alongside my role as a BRUSA Sports Scout, has equipped me with valuable skills in talent identification, relationship building, and athlete recruitment. Transitioning into recruitment as a Senior Engineering Recruitment Consultant at Communicate Recruitment has allowed me to further develop my expertise in client engagement, business development, networking, and relationship management. Combining my passion for sport with my growing corporate experience, I bring a people-focused approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to identify talent, build lasting relationships, and deliver results.
