# Salesforce Administrator/Developer **About the role** Connecting Odds is seeking a mid-level Salesforce Administrator/Developer to bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy. In this remote-friendly role, you will be responsible for the health, scalability, and efficiency of our Salesforce environment across our global operations in the US, India, and Canada. We are looking for a hybrid professional who understands that great code is only as good as the business process it supports. **What you’ll do** * Design, configure, and maintain the Salesforce platform using both declarative tools (Flow, Approval Processes) and programmatic solutions (Apex, LWC). * Act as a Business Analyst to gather requirements from stakeholders, translating complex business needs into technical specifications. * Manage data integrity through regular audits, deduplication efforts, and complex data migrations. * Optimize system performance and user experience by streamlining workflows and reducing technical debt. * Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for leadership. * Provide technical support and training to end-users to ensure high platform adoption. **What we’re looking for** * 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and development. * Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow. * Strong background in Business Analysis, including experience mapping business processes and conducting gap analyses. * Proven ability to manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) within the Salesforce ecosystem. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. * Relevant Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform Developer I). **Nice to have** * Experience with third-party integrations via REST/SOAP APIs. * Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud. * Previous experience working in a globally distributed, remote-first team. **Benefits** * Flexible working hours. * Fully remote work environment. * Comprehensive health insurance. * Mental health and wellness support.
