• Relevant market experience advising UHNW clients within Italy • A proven track record of building trust with clients and effectively managing relationships, both externally and internally, will be vital to this role • Excellent communication skills - you would be articulate both verbally and on paper and able to generate trust with clients through a credible discussion on investment matters • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills • Personality marked by tenacity and ambition with demonstrated success in dealing with a wide range of clients • Superior analytical skills; strong computer skills • Fluency in Italian and English

• Asset allocation / multi asset class portfolio or sales experience is favorable • Ability to thrive in an internal culture that values innovation, customer service, internal partnership and entrepreneurship The job grading and the related economic treatment, within the above-mentioned pay range, will be determined in accordance with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro) for middle managers (quadri direttivi) and professional staff employed by banking, financial and ancillary companies (the "CCNL", available at the following link ) applicable to the employment relationship, pursuant to the provisions set out in Articles VI and [XIII] (if quadro)/[XIV] (if non quadro) of the CCNL, and on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria, consistent with the role, relevant professional experience, required skills and the type of contract. @@HD@@ ABOUT US@@/HD@@ J.P.
