, you will be the primary technical owner of our enterprise AI ecosystem. You will bridge the gap between AI service providers and our internal teams, ensuring that tools like

Manage administrative consoles for GCP, AWS, and Azure; oversee user provisioning, permission sets, and security configurations. •

Track resource utilization and manage license lifecycles. Monitor cloud usage and monthly spend to ensure budget alignment. •

Act as the Tier 2/3 escalation point for cloud infrastructure help desk tickets across GCP, AWS, and Azure. Manage and prioritize incoming service requests for new access or platform features. •

Run regular vulnerability scans across cloud and on-premises environments, track remediation to closure, and coordinate patch management cycles. •

Deliver quarterly reports on cloud platform adoption, ROI, usage trends, and system performance across GCP, AWS, and Azure to stakeholders. •

Continuous refinement of service request forms and automated provisioning workflows to streamline the cloud infrastructure onboarding experience.

Strong familiarity with Google Workspace Admin, enterprise SSO/IdP integrations (including Okta), Google Cloud Platform, AWS, and Azure; exposure to AI model deployment consoles is a plus. •

Proven track record of managing high-touch relationships with Tier 1 software vendors. •
