Senior R&D Engineer

@@HD@@ How you'll make an impact@@/HD@@ • Contribute to international R&D projects as a technical specialist or work-package lead • Develop and enhance products using innovative engineering techniques • Support business operations with timely and effective technical solutions • Perform and support mechanical and electrical testing activities • Create, review, and improve technical reports and documentation • Assist in supplier qualification and maintain technical standards • Identify intellectual property risks and support patent-related activities • Mentor early-career engineers and encourage innovation

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field • 3-5 years of experience in the electro-mechanical industry; high voltage experience preferred • Proficiency with CAD and 3D modeling tools (e.g., PTC Creo or similar) • Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills • Ability to collaborate across global, cross-functional teams • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
