Supervisory Social Worker

The Social Work Supervisor manages the administrative and clinical aspects of the work of the outpatient primary care social work staff, along with the inpatient and specialty programs to include, Primary Care at three different locations, Urgent Care, Non-Institutional Care, Community Nursing Home, Cancer Care Navigation, Palliative Care, Medical Foster Home, Compact Act, Intimate Partner Violence Assistance Program, Medical Surg Unit, Community Living Center, and Acute Psychiatric Unit. You must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for this job. Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959. Must be proficient in written and spoken English.
