About the Role

Restaurant Partners are the backbone of Uber Eats, allowing us to create outstanding consumer selection and powering the growth of our platform as we innovate and expand our suite of products. As Head of Expansion Uber Eats - Northern Europe, you are a business owner who will drive the growth strategy and customer experience for our existing restaurant partners (and growing!). In this role you will lead account management teams across Northern Europe, with a wide range of partners from global accounts to large local enterprises to SMBs. We need an experienced leader and business manager to grow a world-class account management team across Northern Europe, who is passionate about developing our B2B organization at Uber. You are a highly motivated self-starter, a strong strategist who is skilled at translating ideas into execution and results, and an inspiring leader who thrives in a dynamic and fast-moving environment. As a member of the Northern Europe Leadership Team, you will play a pivotal role instilling and driving commercial excellence throughout the business by leading and influencing cross-functionally.

What You'll Do

Build and run a world-class commercial organisation

across Northern Europe, spearheading our efforts across account management •

Inspire and develop your team

and hire world class managers and leaders to Uber •

Develop and execute on our account management strategy

to scale our existing business and introduce a range of new products (e.g. martech and advertising products, white-label delivery) •

Build out KPIs, metrics, and processes

to build a cohesive commercial organization, driving consistency and leveraging best practice globally while being responsive to customer needs locally •

Work closely in a matrixed environment

with local operations, marketing, strategy, analytics, design, engineering, finance and other senior leadership in the region and at HQ to set clear targets for regional strategy. •

Oversee Industry dynamics

stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour in online commerce.

What You'll Need

• Proven track record of 12+ years general management in strategic sales, and/or equivalent commercial roles. • A minimum of 7 years of robust B2B experience building long-term commercial relationships, ideally across both across SMB and Large Enterprise Accounts • Proven ability to develop and implement high-impact commercial strategies that accelerate business expansion and revenue growth • Deep understanding of the EMEA market, including key players, market dynamics, online fulfilment options and consumer preferences. • Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities and commercial acumen, negotiation and comfortable with analysing big volumes of data and exceptional problem-solving skills. • Strong project management skills. Ability to prioritise, scope and deliver programs and projects. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire and coach teams to achieve commercial goals. • Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels in a matrix organisation. • Minimum 5 years of experience leading distributed teams of at least 10 people
