About the Team TikTok Shop's Governance & Experience (GNE) team is responsible for ensuring that our platform provides a safe, trustworthy, and seamless experience for merchants, creators, partners, and users. Our mission is to build a resilient e-Commerce ecosystem through strong governance frameworks, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities - Identify and assess gaps across the governance lifecycle, from policy development to enforcement, through case investigations and root cause analysis. - Drive cross-functional collaboration to align on findings, share insights, and build consensus on needed improvements. - Manage and track governance programs and action items, ensuring timely execution and strengthened control mechanisms across key domains. - Monitor performance of key metrics and conduct deep dive analysis when necessary. @@HD@@- Drive automation and AI initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy across GNE operations. Qualifications@@/HD@@ Minimum Qualification(s) - Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field. - Professional experience in e-Commerce governance, policy development, moderation operations, or related domains. - Solid understanding of e-Commerce compliance standards and internet governance, with strong business acumen and risk awareness. - Intermediate data analysis skills (including working with datasets, and competency in Excel/ spreadsheets). - Experience in supporting or deploying AI/ automation initiatives. - Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to engage effectively across teams and stakeholders. Preferred Qualification(s) - Experience in listing/content moderation, or BPO operations, ideally in a QA, Team Lead, or SOP development role. - Advanced data analysis capabilities, including proficiency in SQL and/or Python. - Hands-on experience in developing AI automation or prompt engineering to support operational efficiency and decision-making. - Proven experience in project or program management, particularly in cross-functional and global environments. - Demonstrated ability to apply analytical thinking and a programmatic approach to monitoring outcomes and driving improvements. - Sound judgment and decision-making skills, especially in complex or ambiguous situations.
