About the role

As a Local Case Intake Advisor, you will manage the intake and processing of

Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs)

at a local level, supporting designated AstraZeneca Marketing Companies. Acting as a key liaison between local teams and Global Patient Safety, you’ll ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulatory requirements while delivering high-quality pharmacovigilance operations. @@HD@@ @@/HD@@

What you’ll do

• Manage and process

adverse event reports

and ICSRs from post-marketed sources • Support

Health Authority interactions

and queries related to safety cases • Review, assess, and distribute safety data in line with regulatory requirements and SOPs • Contribute to

Quality Management Systems

, including audit readiness and compliance activities • Support pharmacovigilance activities across

organised data collection programs, digital channels, and partnerships

• Identify and manage

product quality complaints (PQC)

and related safety reporting • Perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy of pharmacovigilance data • Conduct literature searches and

regulatory database screening

where required • Collaborate closely with local Patient Safety teams and cross-functional stakeholders • Provide expertise and guidance to resolve local case intake issues @@HD@@ Essential skills & experience: @@/HD@@ • Degree in

Pharmacy, Medicine, or Life Sciences

• Knowledge of

pharmacovigilance (PV)

and health authority regulations • Strong attention to detail and

analytical mindset

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and geographies • Problem-solving skills with the ability to manage moderate complexity @@HD@@ Desirable: @@/HD@@ • Experience in audits and inspections • Knowledge of AstraZeneca therapeutic areas • Project management experience • Familiarity with safety systems (e.g. Argus) • Additional language skills @@HD@@ Languages: @@/HD@@ Fluency in: •
