About the role

Support the Military's Quality of Life programs! The Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) department of Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) provides fitness, recreation, lodging and food and beverage programs for service members, their families, retired military and civilian employees. This position is assigned to the Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) Community Recreation, and Deployed Support Branch; Fleet Readiness; Commander, Navy Installations command (CNIC); NBK Kitsap Bremerton. Must have practical work experience including direct customer service and handling cash utilizing a point-of-sale system. Irregular working hours required to include early shift, late shift, evenings, weekends and holidays. Must have and maintain a valid state drivers' license. Incumbent must pass all applicable records and background checks. Incumbent must have or be able to obtain and maintain the following certifications within 90 days of hire: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and First Aid Certification Food Handler certification (where food is prepared) Alcohol safety training (where alcohol is served)
