• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Law. • You have knowledge of business law and legal practices. • You understand compliance programs and corporate governance principles. • You are able to conduct legal research and provide practical advice. • You are familiar with conflict of interest management. • You have strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • You communicate effectively in English and Spanish. • You have experience working under pressure and understand the responsibility of the role.
