What you'll do

Responsible for the GSN-T manufacturing engineering process to ensure product quality, operational efficiency, cost and production stability. Provide technical leadership in quality improvement, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation to reduce defects and enhance process capability.Lead the implementation of new products to series production in order to support the company's future GSN product Strategy. • 1.Process Management & Optimization Lead the development, change, and optimization of manufacturing process to meet quality, cost, delivery, safety, and productivity targets. Responsible for the process documents, including process flow charts, PFMEA, work instructions, ECR and other related reports. Evaluate the process capability and ensure key processes meet required capability targets. • 2.New Product Implement & Engineering Support Support new product projects from prototype test through trial production. Coordinate with R&D, ETO, Quality, Production and Warehouse department to ensure manufacturability and process stability. Identify potential manufacturing risks and implement preventive actions in time. • 3.Continuous Improvement Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or other structured improvement method. Eliminate process waste, bottlenecks and non-value-added activities. Drive cost out through material utilization improvement, labor efficiency improvement, automation, tooling optimization and process redesign. • 4.Quality & Problem Solving Lead root cause analysis for process-related quality problems, customer complaints, internal defects, and production abnormalities. Use problem-solving tools such as 5 Why, fishbone diagram, PFMEA, SPC, 8D, and statistical analysis. Make countermeasures and implement actions to prevent the problems during the production. Support internal and external audits by providing process documentation, technical analysis, and improvement evidence. Collaborate with Quality Engineering to improve process control and reduce defects. • 5.Purchasing, Tooling & Equipment Design tooling, fixtures, dolly, and automation solutions to improve productivity and quality. Define technical requirements for new equipment, tooling, and process automation projects. Responsible for the equipment selection, installation, commissioning, qualification, and production handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above • Minimum 5 years of process engineering or related experience • Mechanical Engineering,Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline. Experience in electrical manufacturing process is preferred Goal-oriented,strong ownership and accountability
