About the role
Financial Advisor Services Marketing (FASM) is seeking a Program Manager to join our team. FASM is organized to enable the Financial Advisor Services (FAS) business by 1) implementing marketing strategies aligned to our key investment products and offers 2) activating outcome-oriented, personalized distribution experiences for the FAS clients, and 3) advancing data and technology capabilities to continuously optimize our processes.
In this role, you'll work in a cross-functional environment where you will manage programs or major workstreams, ensuring alignment with business priorities and goals. You will track progress and performance, mitigate risks, and optimize interdependencies to enable coordinated, cohesive strategies that drive successful outcomes.

Manage major workstreams within broader programs, ensuring alignment with business priorities and measurable value for prioritization.

Stay ahead of Financial Services industry trends, competition, and regulatory changes to act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

Engage with stakeholders, leaders, and team members to ensure clear understanding of requirements and priorities. Provide regular status updates and ensure effective business change management.

Foster strong relationships across program stakeholders, driving key decisions to align with overarching goals.

Risk Management:@@/HD@@
Mitigate risks and ensure compliance with control, audit, and legal requirements. Maintain technical and business knowledge to support program implementation.

Participate in special projects and take on additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:@@/HD@@
• Minimum of five years of related work experience, with at least two years in project management.
• Financial Services and function-specific experience preferred.
• Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• Strong project management skills and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strategic problem solver with a data-driven, results-oriented mindset.
• Marketing background with familiarity in automation and analytics tools is a plus.
