In this role, you'll guide a team of production employees, ensuring work is executed efficiently, safely, and on schedule to meet customer commitments and operational goals. @@HD@@ Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.@@/HD@@ This is a hands-on opportunity to lead, coach, and inspire a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you thrive in dynamic settings, enjoy solving challenges, and are motivated by helping teams succeed, this role offers a rewarding path to grow your leadership skills and influence meaningful outcomes. @@HD@@ How you'll make an impact@@/HD@@ • Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant work environment • Supervise, train, and assign work to production employees • Monitor and achieve KPIs including safety, delivery, and productivity • Schedule work, track progress, and adjust priorities as needed • Address production, technical, and logistics challenges • Analyze performance data to improve operations and reduce rework

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

• Manage timekeeping and maintain accurate employee records • Coach team members, resolve conflicts, and build engagement

Your background

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years manufacturing experience; OR associate degree with 4+ years; OR high school diploma/GED with 8+ years • Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions • Effective communication skills across all organizational levels
