Now, we are looking for a pioneer for a role that is redefining the industry. The

is a role that combines the capabilities of a Designer, Product Manager, Frontend Developer, and Backend Developer into one.

And we are looking for the experts who can do it today. You are the Product Team. With modern AI tools, the barriers between disciplines are crumbling. We are not looking for a developer who waits for Jira tickets. We are looking for a

who can take an idea and ship a complete product. As a Witted Maverick, you will act as the technical and creative backbone for our clients.

You fluidly switch between the roles of Architect, Product Manager, Designer and Developer. You don't just build how it works; you define what creates value. -

You utilize AI tools (like V0, Cursor, Midjourney) to draft UIs and prototype user experiences rapidly, moving from concept to code in hours, not weeks. -

You replace the overhead of a traditional fragmented team with the speed of a single, highly capable Builder. You orchestrate agents and APIs to handle the heavy lifting. -

You justify technical choices to stakeholders not by talking about code, but by demonstrating working software that solves the actual business problem.

You move fast, but never at the expense of security. You have zero tolerance for a "cowboy" attitude. You take full responsibility for the security, data privacy, and reliability of the code you generate and ship. -

Deep expertise in modern web stacks, but more importantly, the ability to use them to ship. -

Since AI speeds up the coding, your value comes from judgment. You have a good eye for UX/UI and understand product-market fit. -

A proven track record of using LLMs and automation tools to multiply your output. You know how to make AI write valid code and how to automate workflows. -

You are fast to adapt, your CV is always up to date, and you thrive in the customer interface. -

Fluent Finnish and English are absolute requirements. You need to be able to facilitate workshops and build trust in both languages. -

You understand that trust is built face-to-face. You are willing to work onsite in the Helsinki metropolitan area approx. 2 days a week.

For a Fullstack Builder profile, we target projects that enable a monthly salary between 8,500 – 9,200 EUR/month (based on full-time hours). -

If the project value increases or you work more, your salary reflects it immediately. No annual reviews needed.
