Laboratory Scientist - I&I

team • Producing high quality data and documentation in line with the requirements of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) • QC checking of data to ensure GLP requirements are met • Maintaining laboratory equipment • Providing input and participating in project meetings, planning, monitoring and guiding project work • Learning to assist in setting up and performing method development and validation of various Immunotoxicology assays • Training less experienced staff in processes, techniques and use of the instrumentation and acting as a mentor

• Experience of working in a GxP (Good laboratory/clinical/manufacturing practice) regulatory environment • Experience with technologies such as Luminex, MSD, ELISA, FACS Lyric, or cell culture • Due to the remote location of this site, there are no public transport links available

to undertake analysis of pre-clinical and clinical samples within the operational team. The work in this department supports multiplexed and high sensitivity biomarker analysis, immunogenicity assessment, pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic assessment of novel therapeutics.
