We are now going to the market under one bold new brand, Echo Electric. Echo Electric is seeking an Industrial Sales Specialist to focus on Industrial OEM and Industrial End Users. The territory for this role will be Eastlake, OH and the surrounding markets. Candidates' area of expertise should include a broad background with industrial control products, motors, drives and automation solutions. Candidates primary function will be end-to-end selling of appropriate products and solutions with a heavy focus on development of new business and organic growth within existing accounts.

We are looking for an Industrial Sales Specialist who

Identify and Establish Contact with Potential Customers

• Industrial Sales Specialists actively seek out potential customers and initiate contact. • They schedule appointments and perform product demonstrations to showcase relevant offerings. •

Develop and Maintain Customer Relationships

• Building strong relationships with existing customers is essential. • Follow up with potential leads and maintain connections with current clients. •

Attend Industry Trade Shows

• These specialists participate in industry events and trade shows. • They identify potential sales leads and engage with existing customers during these gatherings. •

Stay Informed About Industry Trends

• Keeps abreast of industry developments. • This knowledge helps them identify new opportunities for potential sales. •

Recommend Targeted Marketing Strategies

• Based on their understanding of the market, they suggest effective marketing approaches for specific regions or demographics. •

Generate and Submit Sales Reports

• These reports provide valuable insights to management. • They help track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

What you bring

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience working with or selling to industrial End Users or industrial OEMs •

Education

High school diploma required. A technical degree is preferred. •

Interpersonal Skills

Effective communication and relationship-building abilities are crucial. •

Negotiation Skills

Sales Representatives negotiate contracts and pricing. •

Product Knowledge

A solid understanding of the products or services they represent. •

Adaptability

The ability to adapt to different customer needs and market dynamics. •

Sales Techniques

Proficiency in sales strategies and closing deals.
