DQE Manager will work on Reliability for Power product such as High Power Capacitor Energy Storage (CESS), High Power AC/DC PSU and also Power Shelf Controller (PSC) @@HD@@ What a typical day looks like: @@/HD@@ • Generate DQE test plan follow customer requirement or Flex Power System. • Familiar for Electrical/Electronic Component Stress/ Derating Analysis reference to

• Electrolytic Capacitor life Calculation (E-cap life) per vendor specification • Reliability Prediction MTBF, parts count and part stress per Telcordia SR-332, International Standard if applicable. • Mechanical testing such as Shock, vibration, drop, package carton shock and vibration • Environmental testing High and low temperature, humidity, Altitude testing • HALT (Highly Accelerated Life Test) • Collaborate with EE / ME to migtiate the poissible issue before, during and after DQE testing. • Coordinate with 3rd party laboratory for other DQE testing if not available in-house • Attend Design team reviews, kick off meeting and other customer required meeting

The experience we're looking to add to our team

• Minimum of 15 years of engineering experience in power electronics qualification/reliability test and 5 years experiences for team management • Famialr for BBU, AC/DC Switching Power Supply, DC/DC Power Supply is perferred. • Familiar with product Reliability and Environmental testing setup and specification • Good communication skills with cross functional team and excellent relational skills. • PSU/BBU/CESS Troubleshooting, diagnostics and the ability to train others. • Need good capability to communicate and present information to customers.
