In charge for process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to hold up a manufacturing organization.

What a typical day looks like:@@/HD@@
•
Familiar with manufacturing processes, technologies, techniques, and products.
•
Define, implement, and evaluate manufacturing processes.
•
Work independently or as part of a team to identify root causes of manufacturing process failures.
•
Participate in production activities and effectively resolve day-to-day manufacturing issues.
•
Prepare justifications for the purchase and implementation of production equipment and/or tooling.
•
Responsible for overseeing the installation and startup of new production process equipment.
•
Create and lead the implementation of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
•
Establish robust, repeatable, and reproducible process parameters.
•
Develop, implement, and maintain methodologies for process control.
•
Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing process issues.
•
Participate in cycle time reduction initiatives and process improvement activities.
•
Evaluate and select engineering materials for manufacturing applications

The experience we're looking to add to our team:@@/HD@@
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with
SMT (Surface Mount Technology), Wave Soldering, Routers, and Press-Fit processes
.
• Knowledge of
line definition, line balancing, and manufacturing layouts
.
• Experience working with
medium- and high-complexity printed circuit boards (PCBAs)
.
• Knowledge of
statistical methods and data analysis
.
• Basic understanding of
Lean Manufacturing concepts
.
• Experience in
New Product Introduction (NPI) processes
.
• Basic to Intermediate English proficiency.
