This role manages corporate messaging, media relations, and stakeholder communications while ensuring alignment with global communication objectives and local market needs. This position double hat as the Communications Lead in the MCO, overseeing integrated communications strategies aligned with the MCO. Key Responsibilities • Lead communication strategies for MYSG • Coordinate the execution of integrated communications strategies at the MCO • Oversee both corporate and therapeutic area communications • Manage corporate messaging and brand positioning in the local market • Develop and implement internal and external communication plans • Coordinate media relations and press activities • Manage stakeholder communications and relationships • Ensure alignment between global communication objectives and local market needs • Lead crisis communication management when needed • Oversee digital communications and social media strategy • Support executive communications for country leadership Key dimensions - scope and scale

Reporting Line

Reports directly to the Head of Corporate Affairs MCO SEAI

Strategic Purpose

Lead communications strategies for MYSG and coordinate communications strategies aligned at the MCO

Strategic Communications Leadership

• Lead the development and execution of integrated communications strategies aligned at the MCO and global priorities • Design and implement annual communications plans with measurable KPIs • Drive narrative development for market-specific initiatives and campaigns • Provide strategic counsel to the line Manager

External Communications & Media Relations

• Manage relationships with key media contacts across business and healthcare sectors • Develop and maintain crisis communications protocols • Oversee local adaptation and dissemination of global communications assets as applicable

Internal Communications

• Lead internal communications for MYSG affiliate • Manage internal communications channels including townhalls and leadership communications • Support change management communications for organizational initiatives

Digital & Social Media

• Oversee local social media presence across platforms whenever applicable • Ensure compliance with global social media guidelines

Issues & Crisis Management
