• Proactively reach out to patients throughout their treatment journey to check progress and encourage compliance • Discuss treatment plans clearly and confidently using approved scripts • Answer common patient questions using Top 10 FAQs • Support patients in staying engaged and consistent with their wellness goals

• Make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments • Coordinate patient recall and re-engagement outreach as needed • Keep patient records and communications organized in Booker and Weave

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and follow-ups • Support the broader front-office team with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed
