Job Description
岗位职责：
1、负责新产品模具从开发到放产, 提供合格的模具给注塑生产部门；
2、与模具生产商协调以支持新产品的模具开发；
3、协助部门经理对本部门环境因素、危险源和项目工程的管理和控制；
4、放模与试模；评估注塑成型工艺和颜色；与项目工程师一起进行产品调试和工具调试;
5、实现和完善注塑车间的自动化，协助生产节省劳动力，提高效率，机时利用率和OEE等生产指标；
6、保证模具状况能顺利注塑生产，并跟进解决模具放产后的生产问题。
Qualifications
任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，机械制造、模具、材料成型等相关专业；
2、具有2年以上相关工作经验，熟悉注塑成型及注塑模具的开发过程，具有丰富的注塑冲压知识;
3、熟练使用Auto CAD、Pro-e和MS Office软件;
4、英语四级及以上，具备良好的英语听说读写能力；
5、有过模具开发团队管理经验者优先。
