Senior Product Manager

📍Eindhoven (3+ days in office) | 🗓️ 40hrs per week

• As the Senior Product Manager, Post Purchase, you own the long-term vision and roadmap for Notifications, Tracking Pages, and Returns — balancing short-term wins with long-term innovation. • You run continuous discovery, using qualitative and quantitative insight to uncover the opportunities that matter most to merchants and their customers. • You lead complex, end-to-end projects from definition to delivery, managing risk and dependencies across technical and operational teams. • You act as the go-to consultant for commercial, operations, and legal stakeholders, translating strategy into a roadmap the wider business can align behind. • You balance the needs of two distinct audiences — the merchants who use the platform and the consumers who experience it — without compromising either.

• Define the Vision & Roadmap: You will own the strategic direction for Shipping Intelligence and Support Automation, creating a roadmap that balances short-term wins with long-term innovation to keep Sendcloud at the forefront of the industry. • Lead Continuous Discovery: You will drive a culture of experimentation and learning, conducting user interviews and data analysis—including leveraging AI-driven insights—to uncover opportunities for smarter shipping tools and automated support workflows. • Drive Business Impact: You will be accountable for key business results, such as improving delivery predictability and reducing the number of support tickets per shipment through intelligent automation and proactive communications. • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: You will partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Customer Support teams to build and scale features that utilize underlying intelligence models to automate routine tasks and provide actionable shipping data. • Ensure business value and ROI: you will align the product strategy and roadmap with core business goals, utilizing data and financial analysis to guide decisions and ensure a strong return on investment (roi). • Consult and collaborate cross-functionally: you will act as the key consultant to the commercial, operations, and legal teams on your area of responsibility. You will drive proactive collaboration across all teams (engineering, data, operations) to ensure seamless execution and clear, concise communication regarding product progress and impact to leadership and external stakeholders. • Monitor and adapt: maintain awareness of the global shipping market, carrier capabilities, and distribution trends to ensure the Sendcloud platform remains competitive and compliant.
