Mission (About the Role)

The LTSCP Director will lead Long Term Supply Chain Planning for GSC International across all BU, ensuring full alignment between business strategy and industrial execution. He/She will drive footprint, regionalization, localization, and investment decisions to deliver profitable growth and an agile and resilient supply chain.

What will you do?

Strategy & LTSCP Leadership • Align BU, global strategy, and GSC management on priorities and roadmap • Act as SPOC for cross-BU industrial strategy and deployment • Ensure consistency of strategic initiatives execution across the 5 sub-regions (EA, MEA, India, Pacific, SAM) • Influence stakeholders and build decision-ready strategies with clear scenarios and trade-offs Execution Strategy Across Regions • Define and drive execution strategies across the 5 sub-regions (EA, MEA, India, Pacific, SAM), ensuring alignment with LTSCP priorities • Orchestrate footprint optimization, regionalization, localization, and LTSCP deployment across regions • Ensure consistent governance, prioritization, and execution discipline across all sub-regions • Enable data-driven execution leveraging IDB, IDS, CSC etc. Performance & Industrial Governance • Drive feasibility, prioritization, and execution of key industrial initiatives • Simplify flows and processes to improve speed, cost, and agility • Build and strengthen LTSCP and deployment capabilities across regions • Enforce execution discipline in partnership with PMO and industrial teams

What qualifications will make you successful?
