Registered Nurse Transition to Practice (RNTTP) - Supervisory Coordinator

The Facility Registered Nurse Transition to Practice (RNTTP) Supervisory Coordinator focuses on individual growth and development in practice and program management with increased levels of self-direction at Malcom Randall Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Gainesville, FL. The RNTTP Supervisory Coordinator functions under the direction of the supervisor and is the designated first-line supervisory authority responsible for the RNTTP Residency Program. U.S. Citizenship; non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy.
