About the role
We are looking for a knowledgeable
Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer
to contribute to the security and functionality of our identity services.
This position entails managing thousands of user profiles and overseeing their access to integrated systems, utilizing cutting-edge tools and methods to build reliable IAM solutions.
This position offers hybrid setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Lithuania, whether it's your home or our dynamic offices in Vilnius and Kaunas.

Responsibilities@@/HD@@
• Create and maintain Terraform configurations for connecting in-house and external applications with Okta (IDP) and Saviynt (IGA) platforms using authentication protocols such as SAML and OIDC
• Handle IAM-related requests through GitHub, ensuring efficient fulfillment of stakeholder needs
• Contribute to refinement and sprint planning activities with an emphasis on meeting sprint objectives and delivering projects on time
• Introduce and set up new functionalities in Saviynt IGA and Okta IDP through Terraform and UI adjustments
• Provide Level 3 (L3) expertise for addressing and solving IAM-related escalations
• Develop and organize thorough documentation for feature delivery and operational procedures
Requirements
• Understanding of SAML and OIDC authentication protocols
• Skills in utilizing Terraform for infrastructure-as-code solutions
• Familiarity with IAM platforms like Okta and Saviynt
• Background in using version control and workflow tools such as GitHub
• Competency in analyzing and resolving complex IAM challenges
• Experience in collaborating within Agile teams and adapting to iterative workflows
• Flexibility to prepare well-structured technical documentation
Nice to have
• Background in Okta administrative tasks and configurations
• Expertise in utilizing the Saviynt platform for IAM setups
• Proficiency in designing automated solutions for IAM

Salary range €3.4K-€5.5K gross, based on your experience and interview results.
