Job Scope

We are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager for Adult Services in the North of England. This is a home-based role with travel required throughout the region. As a Business Development Manager, you will collaborate with Operational Management, Divisional Directors, Finance teams, and the Group Executive to market and develop new and existing services. You will drive occupancy rates across various social care settings, working closely with Registered Managers to support the end-to-end referral process and build relationships with local and health commissioning authorities. The Business Development Manager will oversee contract bids, tenders, and frameworks, ensuring the companys services meet strategic goals. You will act as the face of our client, promoting their values and standards while managing relationships with key stakeholders. Additionally, you will support marketing efforts, contribute to PR activities, and work with finance teams to ensure appropriate fees and payment terms. This role requires strong leadership, business development experience, and a deep understanding of adult social care services.

Do you have?

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager (BDM) within residential care, with a focus on young adults or complex care services. • Demonstrated track record of success in developing new services, tendering for properties, and collaborating with commissioners. •
