Candidates must reside in close proximity to Lansing, MI and be willing to work 3 days in office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. @@HD@@ Work Hours 8:00 am to 4:30 pm or 8:30 am to 5pm Eastern Time Zone. Position Summary @@/HD@@ Reviews and adjudicates routine Flexible Spending claims in accordance with claim processing guidelines and IRS guidelines. Direct interaction with our members to assist with inquiries. • You will work in front of a computer for approximately 8 hours processing flexible spending claims via electronic image. • Determine if submissions are eligible for reimbursement per IRS guidelines. • Interact with members and providers by phone and email for all inquiries in a professional manner • Takes immediate action when confronted with a problem or made aware of a situation. • Maintain quality and productivity standards. • Assist our Customer Service team. Required Qualifications • 1+ year of data entry or claims processing experience • 1+ year of Microsoft Office Suite Experience. • Must have experience working multiple screens and applications. • Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. • Work effectively in a team environment • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Preferred Qualifications • 1+ year of Flexible Spending experience.
