About the role

Content Editor

to join. Our new team member will edit and upload content to websites via Content Management Systems, where meticulous attention to detail and accuracy are a must. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, confidently engaging with clients to understand their needs and efficiently documenting and implementing best practices in content management. Responsibilities

• Create pages in CMS with provided content for website usage • Edit website content to keep it fresh and up to date • Perform basic edits on images and videos, ensuring they are web-ready • Report on progress regarding content changes and updates • Manage workload efficiently to meet deadlines • Develop user guides and conduct training sessions on solutions

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word • In-depth experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) • Solid practical knowledge of HTML • Skills in using tools to crop images, such as SnagIt • Track record of delivering excellent customer service • Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel with deadlines • C1 English level, both verbal and written

Nice to have

• Previous involvement with Digital Asset Management (DAM) or Product Information Management (PIM) systems
