Job Purpose and Impact The Sales Manager will drive strategic growth, build trusted customer partnerships, and deliver sustainable commercial results in line with Cargill's values of integrity, collaboration, and customer focus. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with experience in the chocolate gourmet sector, who thrives in a customer‑centric, fast‑paced, and purpose‑led environment. Key Accountabilities •

Own and expand strategic key accounts

• Develop and execute

account strategies and business plans

that deliver profitable growth and long‑term value. • Act as a

trusted advisor

, building deep, credibility‑based customer relationships. •

Deliver strong commercial performance

• Achieve and exceed

sales targets, revenue growth, and margin goals

Build customer‑driven business plans

account plans

• Coordinate internal teams (sales, supply chain, technical, customer service) to deliver

Influence product, pricing, and service strategy

• Leverage customer insights to shape

product development, pricing strategy, and service excellence

. • Bring the

voice of the customer

into commercial and strategic decision‑making. •

• Partner with leadership and peers to develop

new markets, categories, and customers

within your territory. • Support innovation and business expansion initiatives. •
