Deine Aufgaben

• Führung großer, kulturell vielfältiger Teams (zwischen 20 und 80 Mitarbeitenden) • Förderung, Motivation, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung deines Teams unter Berücksichtigung von KPI's • Identifizierung und Entwicklung von Talenten sowie strategische Nachfolgeplanung • Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle operativer Prozesse innerhalb deiner Abteilung • Umsetzung der Unternehmensstrategie im Tagesgeschäft

Dein Profil

• Erfahrung in Positionen mit Personalverantwortung in einem dynamischen und schnelllebigen Umfeld, z.B auch im Einzelhandel • Fähigkeit schnelle Entscheidungen zu treffen mit ausgeprägter Problemlösungskompetenz • Organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit • Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in MS Office und Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert As proud as we are of our past success, it's our future that excites us most.
