About the role

We are seeking a

Digital Content Creator

to design and produce high-quality email templates and banners. In this role, you will support the local affiliate's business units by developing high-quality digital marketing content for pharmaceutical marketing use. @@HD@@ #LI-DNI@@/HD@@ @@HD@@ Responsibilities@@/HD@@ • Develop and author email templates and banners using eWizard and other industry-standard tools based on requests from business units • Request reviews and approvals from designated reviewers and approvers • Revise content based on feedback to ensure alignment with enterprise compliance and quality standards • Assist team members in testing and uploading content to the Content Factory/Veeva iRep CVSB platform • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing and brand teams, to ensure seamless content execution • Coordinate with external creative agencies as needed to support content adaptation and localization

Requirements

• Strong experience in content creation and digital marketing across multiple channels, particularly email marketing, newsletters, and websites • Digital-savviness, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new content creation tools • Skilled in incorporating performance and user insights into content strategies • Experience managing agency relationships and coordinating with creative partners for campaign execution • Native-level Japanese communication skills (spoken and written) are required • Flexibility to work onsite or remotely on a full-time basis

Nice to have

• Full proficiency in eWizard and Content Factory/Veeva iRep CVSB • Background in pharmaceutical marketing content is a plus • University degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or IT is an advantage
