Product Manager

• Demonstrated ability to build deep business understanding through structured immersion in frontline work • Experience analyzing operational data and process artifacts to identify root causes and requirements • Proven ability to translate operational complexity into clear requirements and defensible priorities • Strong decision-making and ability to communicate rationale aligned to outcomes, risk posture, and feasibility • Prior experience owning a backlog and defining outcomes in a regulated or control-focused environment • Ability to operate effectively at the intersection of delivery, governance, controls, and auditability • Skilled in driving clarity through ambiguity and shaping problems into actionable work • Ability to define acceptance criteria that withstand operational scrutiny and fit the operating model • Experience working across multiple systems and teams in integration-heavy, end-to-end workflows • Strong stakeholder management, serving as the single source of truth for business intent and outcomes
