Supervisory Information Technology Specialist

This position is located on a in Business Operations, Chief Information Office .The Incumbent leads by example in defining a customer service culture to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and civility and ensures that whenever possible the CIO staff cultivates partnerships with customers in developing solutions to meet their needs. New USDA supervisors must successfully complete all components of the required new supervisory training program before the end of their probationary period.
