Medical Support Assistant (Advanced) - Community Care

The Advanced Medical Support Assistant serves in the Community Care service on the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT). Their work impacts the administrative aspect of patient care, including: access, scheduling/coordination of appointments, collecting and updating demographic and insurance information, patient processing, and customer service.
