• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience   • 6+ years relevant sourcing, planning, inventory management, and/or supply planning experience .   Experience in   temperature controlled   inventory is highly recommended   •  Strong experience architecting, optimizing, and executing  end to end  supply strategies, with a demonstrated ability to translate business goals into actionable supply network strategies, align cross functional senior stakeholders, and operationalize plans.    • Demonstrated ability to  operate  autonomously, set clear priorities, and drive structured outcomes in evolving environments   • Strategic thinker with the ability to connect day-to-day execution to long-term organizational direction   • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking capability, with  a track record  of applying advanced problem-solving approaches to drive high-impact outcomes   • Proven cross-functional and global leadership with the ability to influence without direct authority across multiple levels of the organization.    • Excellent communication skills — able to tell compelling stories, drive stakeholder alignment, and influence senior leaders   • Ability to balance competing priorities and drive clarity amid complexity     This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
