The Delivery Manager for Reliance EMS holds end-to-end responsibility for the software delivery lifecycle of Energy Management System projects. You will manage end-to-end delivery of EMS projects that are essential to grid resilience. •

Manage the "go-live" handover, ensuring a robust transition from the project team to the Maintenance & Support organization, including comprehensive training on EMS operations.

Deep understanding of real-time grid applications (Load Flow, State Estimation, Automatic Generation Control, Network Analysis). •

Thorough knowledge of the Reliance EMS platform architecture, including real-time data modeling, high-availability environments, and database management. •

Strength in implementing QA frameworks specifically designed for high-availability, mission-critical energy software.

Proven ability to manage the technical migration of complex EMS legacy systems to the modern Reliance platform within traditional utility environments. •

Ability to translate technical EMS constraints into business-relevant discussions with utility stakeholders, ensuring alignment between software capability and operational requirements. @@HD@@ Experience Requirements@@/HD@@ • • Master's degree (or equivalent) in Electrical or Power Systems Engineering. • 5+ years of driving complex, mission-critical software delivery (EMS/SCADA) for T&D utilities. • Demonstrated ability to own the deployment lifecycle within a matrix structure. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
