What we hope from you is what our clients mostly demand from us: - Around +7 years of relevant work experience; ideally previous consulting experience in working with Finnish organizations - Client references that wow us - Previous project roles as eg. Data Product Owner, Data Architect, Data Engineer or Data Scientist - Strong experience on cloud data platforms like Azure, Snowflake, AWS or GCP - Strong experience working with data. Our customers use varying tools so the exact tooling is not that important. Databricks, dbt, Python and SQL are some examples of tools and languages our customers use - Ideally opportunity to visit client's premises in Helsinki metropolitan area on a weekly basis - Ideally fluent Finnish and English skills
