Campaign Designer

position. This is a technical hands-on role which will play an integral part in executing and administering multi-channel marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have in depth experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and a proven track record of owning personalization to increase customer interaction.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to

• Define, build and maintain multi-channel customer journeys • QA & sign-off on content, journey function, experience • Ownership and stewarding of personalization capabilities • Build, test and maintain key content templates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree • Advanced English Level • 4+ years marketing automation experience • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator certification • Expertise working with marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Email/Mobile/Interaction Studio • In-depth understanding of APEX and REST/SOAP APIs • Knowledge of marketing automation best practices including contact strategies, targeting and segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification Chevron participates in E-Verify in certain locations as required by law.
