Position Summary

The Senior Manager, National DSO Network Management, manages a team of DSO Network Liaisons and reports to the Lead Director. This position has oversight to the working relationships between Network Liaisons and DSO Executives. The Senior Manager has accountability for managing, designing, implementing, and reporting dental network recruitment and retention responsibilities. This position is also responsible for maintaining, reinforcing, and fostering important growth initiatives for network process improvement. This role will also have responsibility for managing and developing value based care, discount improvements and operational support roles.

Overview

Manages a team of Network Liaisons to engage and strengthen DSO relationships, further develop value based care, discount improvements/analysis and DSO operational support.

Analyzes financial and market data to develop Network growth strategy and cost savings.

Assists in the development of policies and delivery systems in conjunction with the Network. Refine the Value Based Care process with a focus on contracting, scaling, development and reporting. Drive DSO discount improvement through analysis and recommendations.

3+ years' experience leading a Network Development Team or related field.

Deep knowledge of dental insurance market, including competitor strategies, contracting arrangements, and regulatory requirements.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$67,900.00 - $199,144.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.Our people fuel our future.
